I will say one thing about healthy foods though... I've started swapping out chips for extra fruit and nuts in my weekday lunches. This week it's been strawberries and pecans, but I'll need other ideas to keep things from getting boring.
Randoms from the week:
I got my W-2 form, and after going through the process, I have a refund due. That was a nice surprise. I expected to owe money. I won't file for a little bit, but being a runner, I automatically thought about new running shoes. I got my current ones halfway through training for Vegas, and will be due for another pair since I do a no-no and wear my running shoes everywhere.
Happy Groundhog Day! Phil saw his shadow, so six more weeks of winter. Does anybody else like the movie? I saw this morning that Starz Classic is showing the movie on repeat, all day. I know what I'm watching when I get home.
I've decided to wear my running vest to work today. I haven't had a chance to test it out on a run just yet. I asked for it, as a great gift idea, and now I don't know when I get it out on its first run. I'm waiting for that perfect day.
And last one, I will NOT be watching the Super Bowl. I may say it every year, but I haven't watched it since 2011. I haven't watched football in years. Last year I watched Robin Hood: Men in Tights instead of the game. I haven't decided what I'm going to watch, but I will check PBS to see if they're showing Victoria. Who knows what other networks do with the game on.
