Is it safe to come out now that the Super Bowl is over? I didn't watch a single second, and stuck with movies and TV shows. Starz had Walk the Line, Freeform had Snow White for its 80th anniversary, and then PBS had Victoria for its Sunday showing.
I'm staring down the barrel of training, and I almost can't believe it. I feel like I just bought my 2018 planner and wrote down my training plan. Training starts in 2 weeks, and I don't feel ready. After I spent half of January shaking the rust off, I feel like I need more time to just be. Have a little bit more fun and take it easy before reality hits. I have been prepping though.

Those are the 3 most important things right now. I have to have Nuun after a good workout, otherwise I get a killer headache. I forgot about that a couple weeks ago, and it wasn't pleasant. I sweated out those nutrients and my head ached.
I have everything except energy chews, but I won't get there until maybe 5 miles. I use Sports Beans because they come in a resealable bag, and it's small. I can tuck that bag into my running belt and it doesn't take up that much room. The trick will be fueling after those runs. My stomach gets jostled during a run, and I need to wait for it to calm down before I can eat anything. I need to get some good snacks for when the hunger hits.
